Supervising and improving the production process of heat-shrinkable products
Participating in projects leading to continuous improvement of the quality of manufactured products, achieving process stability, specified quality and quantity parameters,
Conducting ongoing process analyses and coordinating optimisation changes,
Organising problem-solving workshops, planning corrective actions,
Maintaining production documentation,
Designing production processes,
Supervising and improving production processes,
Responsibility for maintaining ongoing production on selected plastic processing machines and equipment,
Creating documentation and instructions, in particular current reports and inspections, and labelling semi-finished products in accordance with ISO 9001 and 1401 procedures,
Data reporting,
Participation in task forces in the areas of technology development, 6S, KAIZEN, investment planning,
Supervising the work of production technicians and ongoing operation of selected machines and equipment,
Ensuring the safe operation of equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures, ongoing monitoring of the operation of selected machines and equipment,
Cooperating with subcontractors in the maintenance and repair of selected machines and equipment,
Technical assessment of equipment, preliminary diagnosis of the causes of failures, decision on the approval of selected machines and equipment for further use,
Training and implementation of Production Technicians.
Higher technical education in a relevant field (Chemical Process Engineer, Materials Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Electrical Engineer),
In the absence of a degree in a strictly related field, i.e. materials engineering or chemistry, at least 2 years of experience in the plastics processing industry in a manufacturing company is required,
Sense of responsibility, systematic approach, commitment and reliability,
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams,
Communicative level of English,
Manual skills and an unconventional approach to problem solving,
Focus on long-term development.
SEP licence up to 1kV,
Knowledge of LM, SPC, Six Sigma, OEE tools,
Experience in servicing and/or designing production equipment,
Ability to create PFMEA risk analysis,
Communicative Russian language skills will be an additional advantage.
